This nationally recognised and accredited course teaches you how to provide initial support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, until professional help is received or the situation resolves.
By the end of this course, you’ll be a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider) — ready to make a real difference when it matters most.
